📦 Damaged, Defective, or Not Working Properly

If your item arrives damaged or is not working properly, please contact us within 30 days and include:

  • Your order number
  • One clear photo showing the item or the issue (video not required)

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or return.


🔁 Returns (Changed Mind / Not a Good Fit)

If you would like to return an item for any other reason, please contact us first.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

If approved:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories and manuals must be included
  • A prepaid return label will be provided for damaged or defective items when applicable. 
    For other returns, shipping costs may apply.

Items must be returned before a refund can be issued.


💳 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Once approved, refunds are sent to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items (not due to defects)
  • Missing parts or incomplete returns
  • Final sale items clearly marked as final sale
