To keep your trainer quiet and smooth, please use the small oil bottle that came in the box.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Put your trainer on the floor where it is steady.
2. Find the pedals – the moving parts.
3. Drop a little oil (2–3 drops) on the parts that move.
4. Slowly pedal forward and backward for 1–2 minutes so the oil spreads.
5. Wipe off any extra oil with a tissue.
